About the place

Hi! We are a friendly house of 4 guys, and we’re looking for a 5th female/male housemate. Three of us study at Saxion or the University of Twente, and one of us has already graduated. We like a relaxed atmosphere at home, with few obligations, but we also enjoy doing fun things together or just chilling on the couch.

Our house has 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a nice south-facing backyard, a shed for bikes, a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The available room is on the first floor and is about 13 m² in size. The rent of €436 per month consists of a base rent of €316 and €120 in service costs. The rent includes gas, water, electricity, TV, and internet. The supermarket and bus stop are both within walking distance, so super convenient!
