About the place

Hey everyone,
from the 01.05. a furnished room in our shared flat will be available. It's furnished with a desk, a wardrobe, bed and has an additional small storage section. The furniture is free of charge, the rent is 450 Euro, registration is possible. It would also be possible to move in a bit earlier than May (~ mid of April).
You will share the house with 4 other roommates. Andreas and me (Antek) are living here for a while, Zissis and another yet to be decided person will be moving in with you :)

We have a large kitchen with a communal fridge and a nice gas stove for cooking. The living room is right next to the garden which has a small shed for storage. The bike can be stored safely in the garden. We also have a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer.
The house is located in one of the nicest districts in Enschede - Twekkelerveld, right next to the cycling "Highway". It's 5-10 minutes to both the city center and the UTwente by bike, nicely in between. A "strip mall" is very close by with a Lidl, Albert Heijn, drugstores and the like.
