LAYOUT
The room has sufficient space for your bed, desk, and a wardrobe. The house is shared with 6 housemates. You share the large living room of 43 m², the kitchen which is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, sink with tap, gas stove, and a lot of workspace to prepare your meals. There are two shared bathrooms available. The house also has a large roof terrace and a balcony directly opposite your room.

RENT PRICE & DEPOSIT
The basic rent amounts to €430 per month, excluding utilities. The advance payment for utilities is €90. This makes a total rent of €520.
The deposit is equal to one month’s rent.

RENT ALLOWANCE
Applying for rent allowance for this living space is not possible.

AVAILABILITY & RENTAL PERIOD
The room is available as of 1 February for a minimum rental period of 12 months.

CANDIDATE
We are looking for neat, studying candidates. A guarantee is required.
