Are you looking for a comfortable student room in Emmen? Then this might be just the thing for you!

We rent out a cozy student room within walking and cycling distance of NHL Stenden. Both the university and a shopping center are just a 5-minute bike ride away.

You'll be living in a pleasant student house with 3 or 4 other students. You'll share the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. There's also a beautiful garden where you can relax or just sit together. You can store your bike safely and dry in the locked garage, which is used as a bike shed.

The house is kept clean and cared for by the students. We expect you to actively contribute to this. During the screening, their feedback will be taken into account when choosing who will live in the house


The rent is €350 per month, including gas, water, electricity and internet, so no surprises later.
