About the place

Nice clean student house is looking for a new female student studying at Stenden in Emmen. The house is on walking distance from the center and the railway station of Emmen. Your room is 14 m2 and provided with a laminated floor, curtains, bunk bed, study corner and an own sink. You share the 5 toilettes, 5 showers and 2 kitchens with your roommates. The roomates are aged between 19 and 25 and are from Germany and the Netherlands. Everebody is doing their own thing, but they are also cook sometimes together or relax in the garden. Smoking is not allowed!
