About the place

Dear all, 

From October 1st we have a funished room in a shared house available in the city center of Eindhoven on the Willem the Zwijgerstraat. The room is 17m2 . The room is furnished and provided with a bed, desk, TV, closets, couch and a sink. Furthermore, the house has a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, seperate toilet, garden and roofterrace, which are shared with one 5 other international students and  expat (mixed male/female). The price is € 622 per month including utillities. We are prefferable looking for a girl and someone who is excellent at keeping the space clean. 

Registration is possible. 
NO SMOKING ALLOWED. 
No drugs allowed. 
No parties allowed.

Please send a message if you are interested in a viewing. The first viewing is planned on the 19th of September, both online and physical viewings are possible. In consultation, a different date is possible for a viewing .
