Dear all, From june 1st we have a funished room available in the city center of Eindhoven on the Willem the Zwijgerstraat. The room is 14m2 . The room is furnished and provided with fridge, microwave, bed, desk, couch and a sink with hot and cold water. Furthermore, the house contains a kitchen, bathroom with toilet, seperate toilet and garden, which are shared by 5 other international students and expats. The price is € 592eu per month INCLUDING an advance payment for gas, water and electricity. We are preferrably looking for a female tenant. Registration is possible. No smoking allowed.
