The apartment is shared with two other students and includes a spacious shared living room/kitchen/bathroom, a laundry room (where a bike can be parked), and a private 12m^2 room. 

The rent is 649€ p/m excl. g/w/e (inclusive g/w/e is expected to be somewhere in between 800-950€ p/m). The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood right next to the Philips van Lennepark, approx. 20-30min away by bike/OV from the city centre and TU / Fontys campus.
