Modern kitchen (incl. fridge, oven, microwave, cooker, coffee machine) and nice modern bathroom to share with 3 other students. There is a cave and extra toilet on the background.
Frontgarden (bike parking) and very large backyard with trees, terrace, furniture and shed. Registration cityhall possible. The house ('30) is located in a students area, 5 min. by bike from Tu/e, Fontys and City center. Bus and railwaystation (Strijp S.) very close (2-3 min.). All shops, restaurants, 
supermarket etc. nearby.
