For rent a room in a monumental building in the center of Eindhoven. There are four of us on the ground floor, of which 1 person leaves us. Will you be our new roommate?

Each floor has its own toilet and we share the bathroom with the upper residents (7 people in total). There is a large kitchen with a refrigerator and a washing machine and dryer.
 
The rent per month is all inclusive (including electricity, heating, real estate tax, ADSL subscription, UPC subscription). The monumental building is located in the center of Eindhoven on the Tramstraat behind the Pullman hotel and a stone's throw from the Effenaar. It is also within walking distance of the station, stratum, the shopping center, TUE, Fontys and Design Academy. You will live in a very quiet monumental building built under architecture (originally a patrician house from 1895.
