About the place

Comfortable apartment in central Eindhoven, close to TU/e, the University of Applied Sciences and the train station. The 10 m² room is partially furnished and carpeted, as shown in the photos, and has its own fridge. A beautiful park is right next door, in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood.

You will share the spacious apartment with the main tenant, Egbert: an easy-going, sporty scientist and entrepreneur working in space research. I’m independent and have my own activities, but I also enjoy occasionally having dinner together, sharing a cup of coffee or simply catching up.

I’m looking for a tidy, non-smoking university or university of applied sciences student (male/female) who enjoys sharing an apartment and is happy to help keep the place clean, tidy and pleasant for both of us. Of course, you’re welcome to stay at home during weekends.
