A room for rent in a historic building in the center of Eindhoven. There are three of us on the first floor. Will you be our new roommate? Each floor has its own toilet, and we share the bathroom with the residents on the ground floor (a total of seven people). There is a kitchen with a refrigerator, and a washer and dryer are also available on the ground floor. The monthly rent is € 735,- all-inclusive (including electricity, heating, property tax, ADSL subscription, and Ziggo business internet subscription). The historic building is located in the center of Eindhoven on Tramstraat behind the Pullman Hotel and a stone's throw from the Effenaar. It is also within walking distance of the train station, Stratum, the shopping center, TU/e, Fontys University of Applied Sciences, and the Design Academy.
