On the 2nd of April there will be a room in this appartement that will be available for rent near the city centre. The appartement is shared with one other person.
The appartement is located near the city centre/ central train station, a grocery store and a busstop that goes to the station. 

Within the appartement there are 3 seperate rooms. 2 bedrooms and one living room. The kitchen is also seperate from these rooms and as for the bathroom and toillet, these 2 are seperated from eachother as wel. 

The rent will be 800€ p/m including gas, water, electricity, internet and municipil tax. The first month will be 1200€ (one month of rent + half a month as a deposit).
