The room is intended for occupancy by one person. The monthly rent is all inclusive (including electricity, heating, property tax, ADSL subscription, UPC subscription) with use of washing machine. The monumental building is located in the center of Eindhoven (on the Tramstraat behind the Dorint hotel) within walking distance of the station, shopping center, TUE, Fontys and Design Academy in an architecturally very quiet monumental building (originally a patrician house from 1895).
