About the place

I am looking for a roommate who can bring some warmth in this appartment! Someone who has its own life but also someone who is home sometimes. Someone who can keep the other in mind (silent when you come home ate night) and a must is that you help keeping everything clean and tidy.
Someone who doesn’t invite friends everyday but with some consulation it is ok that you invite your friends sometimes. 
The appartment has 2 balconies and a small roof terrace. 
You will have a bedroom and a closetroom. 
I don’t care if you are a man or a woman. But you shouldn’t be easily offended.
