About the place

Hi!
Soon (June 1st, 2025) we will have a room available on the second floor.

The three of us live on the second floor, of which a roommate is going to leave us. That is why we are looking for a new student. We have a shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet. We also have a very large garden where we can barbecue in the summer. We are always open to have a nice chat, but everyone also has the space to do their own thing. In addition, the house is located in the center of Eindhoven and everything is also within walking distance!

Each floor has its own toilet and bathroom. There is a kitchen with fridge and washing machine and dryer.
The room is intended for occupancy by one person.
The rent per month is all-in (including electricity, heating, real estate tax, ADSL subscription, UPC subscription) with use of washing machine.
