About the place

Available from May 1st, 2025 a room in a monumental building in the center of Eindhoven. On the second floor there are three of us, one of whom is leaving us. Will you be our new roommate?

Each floor has its own toilet and bathroom. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator and a washing machine and dryer.

The rent per month is all in (including electricity, heating, property tax, ADSL subscription, UPC subscription). The monumental building is located in the center of Eindhoven on the Tramstraat behind the Pullman hotel and a stone's throw from the Effenaar. It is also within walking distance of the station, stratum, the shopping center, TUE, Fontys and Design Academy. You will live in an architecturally built very quiet monumental building (originally a patrician house from 1895.
