About the place

Hi!
Soon April1, 2025) we will have a room available at the front on the ground floor.

The four of us live on the ground floor, of which a roommate is going to leave us. That is why we are looking for new students. We have a shared kitchen with bathroom and toilet. We also have a very large garden where we can barbecue in the summer. We are always open to have a nice chat, but everyone also has the space to do their own thing. In addition, the house is located in the center of Eindhoven and everything is also within walking distance!

Technical info:

Each floor has its own toilet and we share the bathroom with the upper residents (7 people in total). There is a large kitchen with a refrigerator and a washing machine and dryer.
The room is intended for occupancy by one person.
The rent per month is all-in (including electricity, heating, real estate tax, ADSL subscription, UPC subscription) with use of washing machine.
