About the place

For students only!

We are pleased to offer you a brand-new room in a modern and well-maintained house available ONLY to students. To maintain a good balance in the house, we are looking for female students.

This spacious room (approx. 23 m²) is located on the groundfloor and will be equipped with window treatments, and a sink with a mirror.

The house has a total of 7 rooms and features a fully equipped kitchen and a large, cozy living room, which opens onto the garden. Bicycles can be brought to the back via the fire escape. There are 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms in total. One bathroom has a toilet, shower, and space to dry clothes. The other bathroom also has a toilet, shower/tub, and a washing machine.

Important information:

The rent includes all additional costs, such as gas, water, electricity, TV, internet, and municipal taxes.
The rent also includes weekly cleaning of the common areas.
Pets are not allowed.
The lease agreement includes a campus provision (students only).
