About the place

Surprisingly, there is a nice double room apartment available in our house close by station Strijp-S in Eindhoven! You will be living with two guys (26 and 27 years old) who work, love to play sports, and eat together most evenings of the week. One works as an engineer with ship propulsion systems and the other as an accountant in a production technology firm. We like to play kickboxing, cycle, garden, and read... To name a few things. 

So, the room is actually two rooms in a large residential house. One of the rooms is suitable as a bedroom while the other can be an office. Both have a large built-in closet so there is no lack of space. On top of that, we share the living room (40m2), kitchen (12m2), garden (200m2), and bathroom (12m2). Everything is furnished and ready for use. On of the residents is the owner so that makes things nice and easy. 

We are looking for someone that is looking for a place to focus on work or study, who wants to enjoy some nice moments here with good cooking, and who likes to go about in their free time. That could be to go for a ride on the racing bikes or to play a game together in the evening. At least we make sure that we eat together when we are home together! We think it is important to do that. But, because there is a high probability that the whole house will be renovated, the rent period will be until the end of April 2026. When that time nears we will of course be in close contact to arrange everything we need.
