About the place

As of August/September, 3 rooms will become available in our cozy student house! The property has been recently fully renovated and features a new kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. Each room has its own sink with hot and cold water – very convenient!

The house has an energy label A and is delivered semi-furnished (with flooring and curtains). You’ll share the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and balcony) with 4 other housemates.

The rent is including:
	•	TV & internet
	•	Cleaning service for shared spaces
	•	Other service costs

Rent is excluding gas, water, and electricity. These utilities are shared and paid to one of the housemates.

Available rooms:
	•	12 m² room: €665 per month
	•	16 m² room: €705 per month
	•	30 m² room: €805 per month
