About the place

Hi, 
I am searching for a new roommate in a beautiful apartment in central Eindhoven. The apartment is located south of Stratum and close to the city center. With the bike, you are in 3 minutes in the city center, 11 minutes in Strijp-S, or 8 minutes in the university. Moreover, Jumbo and Albert Heijn are close as well. 

The apartment is already furnished, and most of it belongs to the apartment itself. It also includes a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher. Your future room already has a bed and two nightstands (a closet is not included). Besides having a big kitchen, we also have a spacious living room and a nice balcony facing south. The utility costs are currently 184€, which makes the total rent for the room 1044€. However, we could maybe switch providers to save a bit of money.

I am looking for an open and cheerful roommate. This apartment is a co-living space, so it would be nice if you see it the same way. If you like this apartment, please write a bit about yourself. I am happy to hear about you. We could also grab a coffee/tea.

Some information about me:
I am 29 and started my PhD at the TU/e in August 2024. I am a musician (I have actively played the violin for 19 years), like to cook (also organizing cooking events with friends), and generally like to do a wide range of activities. However, I also like to stay home in bed and watch a series from time to time. 

Another important point is that I will have to move to Paris next year as part of a being in special PhD consortium. This means you could take over the apartment once I leave for Paris - if the landlady approves it.
