About the place

We are looking for a new housemate in our student house. We are currently living here with 4 students, 2 Dutch and 2 International students, all from different studies. 

The room is on the ground floor, and includes an extra room on the first floor as a study/workspace.

The house is a converted family home, we share a spacious living room, dining area, seperate kitchen and a nice garden. Where we often have friends over, BBQ, and have a swimming pool during the summer. 

Generally speaking the house is calm, and we do not eat together often, as we all have busy schedules, but whenever there is time for it we often join eachother for a beer in the living room. We also have groups of friends over from time to time, and we throw a larger houseparty all together around 2-3 times a year.

The room is unfurnished, but the current tenant is happy to sell their furniture if you're interested.
