About the place

Hi, I'm a 1st year student and I'm looking for a housemate to share my apartment with. If you're also a (1st year) (international) student and would like a nice place to stay, this apartment is for you!
Important: Not looking for male housemates, no pets, and no smoking allowed in the building

📍 LOCATION
The apartment is part of a large complex on Lichtstraat in the central ring of Eindhoven. It is not a student building (so you have to be careful with noise etc). Supermarket 3min walk, Centrum 5min walk, TU/e and Fontys 7min bike ride.

🏠 APARTMENT DETAILS
The apartment has a total area of 85m2 along with a balcony of 6.5m2. The common areas include the entrance hall, toilet, bathroom, large living room, kitchen, storage/laundry room and the balcony.
Bedroom 2 fits a single bed, wardrobe, and desk OR a double bed and desk (you can use the wardrobe standing right outside the room as shown in the pictures).

📄 COSTS & AGREEMENTS
- €825 Rent + €100 Services (Electricity, heat, water & internet)
- 2 months deposit (€825 x 2 = €1650)
- 1 year minimum stay, might be possible to prolong

👤 SPECIFICATIONS
- Student or working student, preferably 1st years
- Clean, organised, happy to share household chores
- No excessive drinking, partying, etc
