About the place

The house is furnished for 3 individuals. Currently one place is available for rent.  It is a luxury house, fully equipped and furnished, spacious and situated in central Eindhoven, close to shopping facilities and restaurants. 
The house has 3 private areas (bedroom / study) and shared areas (living room, sitting area, kitchen, sanitary facilities, storage, terrace).
City centre, High Tech Campus, ASML, Strijp-S, University, station and airport are all close by and easy to reach. The place is situated near exit roads and public transport. 
You’ll love the place because of its location in the popular residential "Gestel". A peaceful setting with a good ambiance and with lovely people. 
When you love space, comfort, and quietness, the house is ideal for you. The living room offers plenty of space for relaxing and for dining. You will experience the atmosphere in the house as enjoyable, regardless of whether you are alone, with two or with more people. There are three big bed rooms and a smaller one. The bed rooms might be used as working room as well.
Living room and kitchen are situated on the ground floor. Bed rooms are upstairs. 
At the back of the house a private sunny terrace is situated were garden furniture is available. There is also a barn where bicycles can be placed. 
In front of the house there is ample room for free parking. 
Heating/water/electricity/internet are available. The tenants are responsible for keeping the house clean.
