About the place

Hello everyone
I will be leaving my apartment in eindhoven and am looking for someone to replace me starting January 1st. 

It is a modern, fully furnished 2 bedroom 75m2 apartment shared with one other person. 

The apartment has a big bright living area and a modern open kitchen. You also have your own very large and comfortable dedicated workspace. 

The bedroom is cozy and comfortably fits a bed and wardrobe. You also have a bathroom and toilet. 

The roomate is a mechanical engineering student at TU/e. We are looking for someone who is independent, clean, and respectful, and quiet. We value privacy and keeping the shared areas clean. 

Also, as a resident you will have access to a very nice sauna as well as a gym room. 

The apartment is 10 minutes away from the center of eindhoven. Grocery stores and pharmacy are less than 2 minutes away by bike. 

The rent is €940 per month. (All Inclusive. 850 base rent, + 90 for gas, water, electricity, and WiFi.) Registration is possible. All amenities included.
