About the place

I'm a quiet 38-year-old woman. I've just renovated my home. When I leave my backyard, I walk into a large park, so I have no backyard neighbors and the neighborhood feels peaceful, even though I live within walking distance of Woensel Shopping Center and public transport. The room I'm renting out is spacious with two built-in wardrobes. There's plenty of room to create a nice sitting area next to a bed or a large desk. I value an atmosphere where we can both be ourselves and respect each other's privacy, have a good conversation every now and then, or eat together if we feel like it. Because I have two dogs (knee-height) and two sweet cats, I'm looking for someone who is used to living with animals. Initially (six months), I'll be abroad, so my animals will be staying elsewhere.
