Rent: €940/month (includes gas & water)
Other costs: €60/month (internet, electricity & water taxes); other taxes are annually
Common furniture: one-time takeover of €200 (mandatory)
Room furniture: available for purchase for €450

I’m 31, working full-time, and I love staying active — especially working out and spending time outdoors. I’m social and positive, but I also appreciate having a peaceful, tidy home to relax in after a busy day.
