Then I have a very nice and fully furnished room for you. Address: Hulstbosakker in Eindhoven. The room is available per 1 December and has a size of 22 m2. This very spacious room is in an organized, clean and especially quiet house for students and young employed who prefer to live in such an environment. It is 1 room with 1 entrance door, even though the partition wall makes it look like 2 rooms. You will share the house with 4 roommates (TU/e or Fontys university students or young employed). The students/tenants are busy to do their own thing, so there are no social obligations. With a bike you are at TU/e or Fontys university or in city center Eindhoven in about 9 minutes. Supermarket, big shopping mall and bus stop are also nearby. In this room you have your own sink, your own fixed internet cable and in 2023 new frames with HR++ insulating glass were installed in this room (the photos still show old frames). The house also has solar panels, wall insulation and a shed for bikes. Also a washing machine and refrigerators are available. The inclusive price is EUR 789,- per month. The rent is inclusive all costs: Gas, water and electricity, internet, soft furnishings, furniture, machines and all other possible costs. Check the 10 photos. Extra information:
•	You have your own washbasin in this room.
•	Besides wifi, you’ll have your own internet cable as well.
•	The photos still show the old window frames. In 2023, these were replaced by new frames with HR++ insulating glass. 
•	In 2024, the roller blinds were replaced by nice new light-resistant curtains. In the photos, you can still see the old roller blinds.
•	The new window frames are equipped with associated/fitting insect screens.
•	The room has a big closet.
