Dear room seeker,

A recently renovated attic room will soon be available in our property on Heezerweg in Eindhoven. The room is approximately 16m2 in size and is offered unfurnished, though there is the option to take over furniture (bed/wardrobe/desk) from the previous tenant for free. The room is available immediately until 31-12-2025, although the rental period is somewhat flexible. The rent is €550 per month, including utilities (gas, water, electricity). The house is located right next to the shopping center in Stratum, with several stores (AH, Lidl, Kruidvat, etc.) less than a minute’s walk from the property.

You will be sharing the house with three 27-year-old men, with whom you’ll share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Weekday dinners are often shared, and we frequently work out together or watch series or sports in the evenings. On weekends, everyone generally does their own thing, but we now and then go out together some drinks or go to a festival during the summer.

We all work full-time, so weekdays are fairly quiet. We’re therefore looking for someone who is at least 22 years old and also focused on work or studies during the week.
