Available for rental one small room at a fully furnished flat at the heart of Eindhoven 15-20 mns walk from TU. The flat is for two people and all the costs are divided by two. Given the fairly small size of the room which is just for sleeping (it currently has a single bed and a furniture with several drawers (the picture is an old one). There is also a closet at the corridor which belongs to that room and there is a separate furniture at the entrance corridor for the shoes) the relatively spacious living/dining room area is used also as a desk area for the person who will occupy that room. It is equipped with a furniture with a lot of storage space for papers, books etc. I am occupying the second room which is larger which I also use as the main study room. There is a small WC and a separate spacious bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a relatively spacious balcony with a view to the back courtyard. The flat is ideally located in the heart of the city. It is very important for the future flatmate to maintain the space clean and respect basic rules.
