About the place

Hello! A beautiful 1930's home in an historic area close to Genneper park with a large garden and energy label A. The room is a quiet room with a view to a big garden. It's a relatively big house with extra attic space that can be used as a study room or an office space. All bills and general cleaning is included. I am not living there constantly so there is plenty of time for alone time and recharging. Can use the garden as your Zen space. Internationals, Dutch or students welcome! If you have a pet, that could also be facilitated, the conditions are flexible and I do not requiere job contracts - deposit is enough! 

About me - I am a 30 year old entrepreneur, like to travel, am a HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) so will consider if our schedules allow for enough alone time to recharge - will try to be as flexible as possible but might include some limitations such as guests, noise etc.
