About the place

This room is located just outside the center of Eindhoven, within walking distance of TU/e ​​and the various Fontys campuses (5 minutes from supermarkets).

The room is situated in a modern house with very large shared spaces, such as the living room (35m²), a separate kitchen (10m²) fully equipped (all kitchenware, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), and a neat bathroom.

This house has three bedrooms where the residents share an entire house.

Included are: use of a bicycle shed and a small garden (plenty of parking space in front), use of radio/TV, and 350 Mbps internet/WiFi.
