About the place

Ready to move in upholstered double room on the second floor at the front.  The room has its own balcony, sink and laminate flooring.  Every other week a maid comes to clean the shared areas.  Neat bathroom and kitchen with every comfort and laundry room.  Only male students who study at the TU or HBO live there.  There are no joint activities such as eating, etc. All items such as refrigerators, freezers, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. are part of the service of the house.  PAY ATTENTION !!  It is not a party house, in fact parties are not allowed, but a house with neat, quiet residents who combine neat living with serious studying.  So no mess house!  Only nice guys!  General. In terms of cleanliness, there are regular checks.  I don't care about how you live in your room, but the shared areas must always be clean and tidy.
