About the place

Greetings, 

We are currently searching for a roommate in a three room shared apartment located at 5632LM, De Koppele. 

The apartment is located on the 10th floor. 

Due to the current living arrangements in the house, REGISTRATION IS NOT POSSIBLE. 

Further details: 

The rent is 619 Euros (inc.). One time taxes and costs are also split between the tenants. 

1 month of deposit is required.  

The apartment is ~90 sq meters, with the rented bedroom being. ~8 sq meters.

Your room comes furnished with a bed a table and a closet for a 50 Euro one time fee.

The common areas include a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and stove, fridge with freezer, a living room, bathroom and a toilet. It's a new building with an elevator and opportunity for parking. We also have access to a basement where you can safely park your scooter or bike.

The house is located near a bundle of stores like AH, Domino's, hairdressers. It is also about 10 minutes from the WoensXL. With a bus stop near transportation to the city is also no an issue. Surrounding the building is a quiet neighborhood.  



What we are looking for: 

- People who want to stay in Eindhoven for the foreseeable future (preferably 1 year+)

- Working people who can provide proof of a contract and monthly income. (bonus for DUO, parental backing or any further proof of backing)

- Students preferred. 

- English or Dutch speakers.
