 Nice attic room of 13 m2 in a quiet neat house. The house is located on Bredalaan, 1 min walk from the bus stop. The center of Eindhoven is 10 cycling minutes. There is a modern kitchen and bathroom with shower and sink, which you share with 3 roommates (as well as the toilet). There is a wifi and TV connection. Roommates (3 students/ young professionals (m/f)) are quiet nice people. Nearby are supermarkets, hairdressers, bakeries, cafeteria, Chinese, McDonalds, etc. The rent is excl. gas /water/electrusity (these costs are paid by the tenants themselves).
