About the place

This beautiful 1930s house will soon be renovated. This offers you the unique opportunity to live in a perfect location in a characteristic house in Eindhoven until the beginning of February. It has all the necessary amenities, a lovely roof terrace, and a garden. The bathrooms were renovated in 2024.

Please note: The house is in a dated condition and is therefore rented out temporarily until the renovation is completed. This means that no major investments will be made in new furniture or furnishings until then.

The room rate excludes utilities. One of the tenants has an energy contract in their name and will settle this with the other tenants.

We are looking for energetic tenants up to 25 years old who are looking for a room in a nice neighborhood for six months and are okay with an older/dated house.
