About the place

We are looking for new housemates from the 1st of January (or sooner if you prefer). We’ve got 3 unfurnished rooms available in the house from 12 to 14m2. 

The renting period will most likely last till the end of May 2025. The house is old and it needs to be renovated which is why everyone needs to move out before the renovations start.
You’re going to share with other housemates: 2 newly renovated showers, 2 toilets, a small kitchen and a main kitchen, a nice balcony where you can catch some sun rays or just chill after a long day. ☀️

The neighborhood is very quiet, there is a Lild 3 minutes away by bike. Moreover the Strijpsestraat (a shopping street with most amenities like AH, Kruidvat, primera, etos, gall&gall, little market every Thursday is 5 minutes away by bike). The city centre is 15 minutes and the university is 18 minutes by bike. 

For now there are 4 people living in the house, Marta and May, and Onno and Maxime. We are a mixed house so both Dutch and internationals, females and males are welcome 🙂
