About the place

Dear room seekers (internationals welcome, M/F/X),

Since someone will soon leave our beloved “Zeehoeren Theehuis” in Tongelre, we’re looking for a new housemate! The viewing will be on 19th of June at 17:30. The rent will be around +/- 440 euros per month, including everything except WiFi (which we share). The room will be available from August, with a possibility to move in a bit earlier.

About the house:
The house will soon consist of 3 women and 1 man, all friendly and easy-going TU/e or Fontys students. You will share:
a toilet
a shower
a fully equipped kitchen (with four gas burners, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and a washing machine)
a chill garden with a shed for the bikes!

We sometimes cook and eat together, bake cakes, make pancakes, or have a cup of tea and plan fun evenings like a BBQ or game night, but nothing is compulsory! Everyone does their own thing, but there’s always someone home :) We also have a simple cleaning schedule to keep the house clean.

About the room:
The room is about 15m² on the ground floor, looking out on the street. It has a large window and comes with:
brown/wood print closet
roller blinds
built-in shelves
For a friendly price, the bed and a blue closet (as seen in the pictures) can be taken over.

About the location:
The house is just outside the ring, about 7 minutes by bike to TU/e and 10 minutes to the city center. Nearby you’ll find Albert Heijn, HEMA, Action, and soon an Aldi. The bus stop is 300 meters away.
