Your ‘living space’
I live in a log cabin surrounded by a big fenced garden. It is situated in a rural area. In my home you will have two private rooms at your disposal:
- Room 1 (21m2) is located on the first floor (attic) and currently has a bed of 1.60x2.00m, (sofa) bed, a desk and a wash basin. 
- Room 2 (9m2) is located on the ground floor, it has now a bed in it but will be empty. 

My idea is to make a living space out of Room 2, with a couch and kitchenette. You can decide for yourself which room you want for which purpose. We can discuss this together and I can help you to get it ready when you arrive.

The kitchenette will be equipped with a refrigerator, electric hob, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Furthermore, you have:
- a private toilet in the hall on the ground floor.
- A shared bathroom on the ground floor.
- A shared washing machine in the utility room
- A shared section of the garden
- A vacuum cleaner

I am looking for a foreign male, with whom I can share a part of my home to be able to share my costs. Preferably someone:
- who likes to be on their own (in their own rooms). Not because I am not social, but so that we both have the feeling that we live independently without 'social pressure' :). 
- who is quiet and does not make loud noises between 23:00 and 10:00
- who has parties, visitors and relationships outdoors instead of having them at home.

I am a woman of 32 years old, working, both at home and at the office. I have two dogs, I regularly babysit dogs, and I have a flock of chickens and ducks. They often walk through the garden, so it is in your benefit if you are not afraid of animals. Your rooms can be closed so that they cannot enter.
