About the place

The entire house was thoroughly renovated in 2021, so both the private room and shared areas are modern, clean, and in excellent condition.

The room is located on the first floor and comes fully furnished in light, neutral tones. It’s about 22 m² in size and offers plenty of space and comfort. It includes a loft bed with a desk underneath, a large wardrobe, a small sofa, a dresser, storage units, a coffee table, and a TV suitable for streaming. Everything is visible in the photos – you’ll just need to bring your personal belongings.

The room also has blackout curtains and exterior roller shutters, perfect if you prefer darkness and quiet. The installed air conditioning ensures the room stays cool in the summer.

On the same floor, you’ll find a shared toilet and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and bench that seats up to 6 people. Housemates occasionally share a meal here. The kitchen has all the essentials. You’re welcome to bring your own plates and cutlery, but it’s not necessary.

The shared bathroom is located on the second floor and includes a shower and a toilet. Use of the washing machine and dryer is included in the rent.

Location
The house is in Ede Veldhuizen. Both Parkweide and Bellestein shopping centers are within walking distance. Ede city center and the beautiful Veluwe nature reserve are just a short bike ride away. The train station is about 15 minutes by bike. A parking space in front of the house may be available upon request.

About your housemates
You’ll be sharing the house with two friendly women, both around 30 years old.

Contract information
The room is available under a temporary rental contract for a maximum of 2 years.
Please note: due to legal requirements, this type of contract is only allowed for students. You must be enrolled in an educational program and proof of enrollment will be required. This is a strict condition.
