About the place

As of December 24, 2024, a nice room will become available in a cozy apartment in Ede! Your roommates are a 29-year-old woman and an enthusiastic, sweet 3-year-old dog. It's a quiet house, but we like to eat together or go to town from time to time, but nothing is mandatory! The dog loves attention, but also needs her rest. I am therefore looking for someone who loves dogs and is not a night owl or party animal. My preference is for a quiet student or someone that works.

In front of the door is Ede-Wageningen station, so a real prime location. You can take the bus to the Campus in Wageningen (18 minutes) or take your bike to the Campus of Ede (10 minutes). But you can also be at Utrecht Central Station within 22 minutes and at Nijmegen Central Station within 25 minutes. Within 10 minutes you can also find yourself in the  city center by bike. A stone's throw away is a shopping center where you can find several supermarkets and other shops. Downstairs is a large parking lot where you can park for free at all times. If you are more into nature, you can be in the  dog off-leash area of the Sysselt forest within 5 minutes. If you walk in the other direction, you also have forest Hoekelum around the corner.

The room is 13 m2 with windows to the floor, as in the entire apartment. The room is furnished with a 2-person box spring (180 x 200 cm), a desk, an office chair, a closet and a bedside table. There are curtains and everything was painted a year ago. In the apartment you will also find a shared living room including a kitchen with an oven, microwave and a spacious kitchen island, a shared bathroom, a shared toilet, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a spacious balcony. In addition, we also have a bicycle shed/storage room downstairs. Once every two weeks a cleaning lady comes by to clean the house, these costs are mandatory and included in the total price.
