About the place

This is a room in a shared house aimed towards international students, but we accept anyone. It takes an hour to commute to Groningen.

It is a spacious room with a private shower and toilet, comes with a desk, chair, cabinets and hangers, and a bed in a recess.

The building used to be a small hotel, so the space is shared by about 7 other roommates. The landlords live below where they have a restaurant.

You may buy a bike for €50 from the previous tenant if you wish.
