• You share all the rest: kitchen, dining room, two toilets, bathroom, two balconies and study room with a desk.
• Rent: €850/month
 • Extras €250/month includes: internet, water, gas, electricity and use of all furniture & appliances)
TOTAL RENT IS 1100.
• Deposit: €1,500

The apartment is fully furnished, and the layout/furniture cannot be rearranged. There’s space for a monitor if needed.

📆 Available from  July 29th 2025 till 1st October 2025 maybe the whole Pctober as well depending on the situation.
Tenants willing to move in/start paying immediately will of have an advantage as the place WIL NOT STAY UNRENTED IF YOU INTEND TO MOVE IN 15 DAYS OR A MONTH FROM NOW. Bear than in mind when responding.
