• You share all the rest: kitchen, dining room, two toilets, bathroom, two balconies and study room with a desk.
• Rent: €1000/month
 • Extras €200/month includes: internet, water, gas, electricity and use of all furniture & appliances)
• Deposit: €1200

The apartment is fully furnished, and the layout/furniture cannot be rearranged. There’s space for a monitor if needed.

📆 Available from  July 29th 2025 till 29 September 2025.

PLAESE NOTE THAT I WANT BE WAITING ON YOUR DATE TO MOVE IN TO GET PAYMENTS. THE HOUSE IS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY. Tenants willing to move in/start paying immediately will have an advantage as the place will not stay unrented if you intend to move in a 15  days or a month. Bear than in mind when responding.

• This place is for one person only — no guests staying over, no coupling, no wives/husbands and no boyfriends/girlfriends arrangements, no weekend sleepovers.
