• You share all the rest: kitchen, dining room, two toilets, bathroom, two balconies and study room with a desk.
• Rent: €850/month
 • Extras €150/month includes: internet, water, gas, electricity and use of all furniture & appliances)
• Deposit: €1000

The apartment is fully furnished, and the layout/furniture cannot be rearranged. There’s space for a monitor if needed.

📆 Available from  July 29th 2025 till 29 August 2025.
Tenants willing to move in/start paying immediately will of course have an advantage as the place will not stay unrented if you intend to move in a month or two months from now. Bear than in mind when responding.
