• You share all the rest: kitchen, dining room, two toilets, bathroom, two balconies and study room with a desk.
• Rent: €1100/month
 (includes internet, water, gas, electricity and use of all furniture & appliances)
• Deposit: €1,100

The apartment is fully furnished, and the layout/furniture cannot be rearranged. There’s space for a monitor if needed.

📆 Available from  June 16th 2025 till September 15th 2025.
Tenants willing to move in/start paying immediately will of course have an advantage as the place will not stay unrented if you intend to move in a month or two months from now. Bear than in mind when responding.

• This place is for one person only — no guests staying over, no couple arrangements, no weekend sleepovers.
• It’s a peaceful, tidy home — no smoking, no drugs, no parties.
