• You share all the rest with me: living room, kitchen, dining room, two toilet, two balconies and study are with the desk (total of 80m2)
• Rent: €850/month
• Fixed monthly expenses: €150
• Deposit: €1,000
 (Covers internet, water, gas, electricity, taxes, and use of all furniture & appliances)
→ Total monthly cost: €1,000

The apartment is fully furnished, and the layout/furniture cannot be rearranged. There’s space for a monitor if needed.

📆 Available from June 5th, 2025
If you're not ready to move in or start paying from that date, this won’t be a match — just being honest upfront.
