General house rules:

No shoes in the house, no drugs, no smoking, no parties, no pets or animals of any kind.

Only person(s) who is a principle tenant is allowed on the premises - no guests of the guests or their visitors.

There is an extra cleaning fee for the communal areas 150 per month.

Deposit 1500 euros.
