In Drachten, we currently have a workspace available under a property guardianship (anti-squat) arrangement in a former school building. This space — a classroom of approximately 25 m² — offers an ideal spot for entrepreneurs. Facilities such as restrooms and a kitchen are shared with other residents and entrepreneurs in the building.

The property is within cycling distance of various shops, supermarkets, and public transport. Additionally, major roads to Groningen and Leeuwarden can be reached within a few minutes by car.

The monthly fee ranges between €140 and €290, including utilities.
